Our Philosophy

John Garlow founded Ford Business Machines, Inc. in 1991.  Garlow, is very proud of his company’s philosophy of  complete customer satisfaction as well as being the only Independent factory authorized sales and service dealership for both Canon and Lanier products in the Southwest PA area. We are a highly competitive distributor of multifunctional office equipment.  Our company is known for providing document handling processes that increase performance and reduce the cost of document input, output and management.

In September 2009, Ford Business Machines, Inc. introduced Paperless Technologies.  Paperless Technologies specializes in document imaging – the capture, storage, retrieval and manipulation of digital images converted from paper.  Using advanced technology, paper documents are scanned and converted to digital images in virtually any file format.
