Customer Care Coordinator

The Customer Care Coordinator (CCC) will interface with customers and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales support functions. They will contact clients for appointments regarding sales opportunities, contract cancellations to determine cause and possible corrective measures, and overall customer satisfaction. The CCC will handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries in a timely manner, maintain a database of customer records, and assist in marketing activities.

  •  Associates Degree in Business, Office Administration, or an acceptable combination of education and/or related work experience is required.
  •  Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative, inside sales, account management, or customer service position is highly preferred.
  •  Computer experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook)
  • Experience with customer relationship management software.
  •  Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  •  Exceptional verbal and strong written communication skills.
  •  Excellent listening skills.
  •  High energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  •  Must be a self-starter and able to manage own tasks with minimum management.
  •  Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
  •  Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
