We all heard the term “unprecedented times” more than we could count and toilet paper was the new currency. Businesses attempted to flex to meet the demands of a continuously evolving society—some saw success and some closed their doors forever. Events were canceled, travel suspended, meetings went virtual, and we learned how to work from home.
