Stay Focused on the Customer

Customers are still the heartbeat of your business, so don’t lose sight of them as you figure out how to adjust.

  • Continue to expand your customer base through marketing, promotions, big sales, and so on.

Consider what changes you can make to adapt to the new normal, figure out your finances, and remember your customers at every turn.
