After retiring from the Army with 20 years of distinguished service behind him, Josh Gerson came back to Ford Office Technologies, which was like a second homecoming. He has been involved with the company from the young age of 8. When he used to take apart old machines out of curiosity and then moved on to fixing them. Born in Chicago, Josh moved to Connellsville at a young age and graduated from Connellsville Senior High School. Prior to graduating from school, he had completed US Army basic training and left to join his unit upon graduation. He was deployed four times and retired as a highly decorated veteran. During his time in the army, he was a combat medic and specialized in unit readiness and operational proficiency. Josh lives in Connellsville with his wife of 14 years, Cindy, and their three children, Josh Jr. 13, Andrew 10, and Evan 8. In his spare time, he likes to go hunting and fishing with his family.
